Pam Utpadel

Pam Utpadel received her Sales/Marketing degree from Fox Valley Technical College in 1989.  For the past 22 years, she has worked at Universal Insurance Agency and recently purchased the health division from her father in 2008, renaming it Universal Insurance Advisors.

Pam is a past Sales/Marketing board advisor at Fox Valley Technical College.  She also belongs to the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters, National Associations of Health Underwriters and numerous Chambers in the Wisconsin area.

As an independent agent, her and her team are passionately committed to knowing the market for health, dental, life and disability insurance and bringing to her clients only the best coverage for the lowest cost.  She helps people make informed decisions when comparing benefits and carriers. She serves on many insurance company advisory councils in Wisconsin. 

Pam is married, has 2 children and 2 Maltese dogs.

Ann Sanders

Ann Sanders is an Account Manager and has been in the health insurance industry for 20+ years.  Her professional career started in 1985 and in October 2007 she joined the team at Universal Insurance Advisors.

Ann specializes in service to the existing clientele, marketing of new and renewal coverage with insurance carriers along with individual health sales.  She enjoys working with the insurance carriers and knows the ins and outs of their products and services.  Ann is highly dedicated in making sure that the client gets the best possible service and that their issues get resolved.  Ann is a member of both the Wisconsin and National Association of Health Underwriters.

Ann and her husband Bob currently reside in Oshkosh, WI along with the newest addition to their family, an 8 month old Teddy Bear puppy named Bailey.
